My name is Payton, and I have been a NASM certified trainer for 3 years. Although I never did sports growing up, I feel like my love for fitness has always been in me. For this reason, I have a true passion for helping others recognize their strength and what our bodies are capable of through fitness.
I enjoy doing strength training and HIIT the most because of the challenges they bring.
My overall goal for my clients is for them to learn more about themselves and live their lives moving their bodies with ease.
